Our guides help you plan a stay. They do not pretend that we have inspected every property, tracked every fare or booked every route ourselves.
We begin with a concrete accommodation question: which area fits a particular trip, how does a visitor get around, and what should be checked before paying? For place and transport facts, we favor official destination, airport, transit and municipal sources. The Lisbon, Tokyo, New York and Bangkok guides each link to the sources behind their location and charge information.
We then write original advice around the traveler’s decision. An official source may describe a neighborhood or a transit network; our guide turns that into a question to ask about your own itinerary. We distinguish a sourced fact from a planning suggestion and do not copy third-party descriptions as if they were our own.

We compare location, route, full stay cost and booking conditions. We do not choose a property for you. Requirements such as accessibility, late arrival or an extra bed should be confirmed with the property or booking provider.
RentSivo does not currently have a live accommodation catalogue or access to a booking-provider inventory API. We do not publish unverified prices, availability, reviews or hotel rankings. Outbound searches open the provider's own pages.
If an official link moves, a statement is outdated or we missed an important qualification, send the page and a source to service@rentsivo.online. We will review the issue and update the guide when warranted.
Travel conditions, accommodation charges and provider policies change. Our editorial pages are general planning material, not a reservation confirmation, a personal travel advisory or a guarantee that a property will meet your needs. We have not inspected individual listings merely because a search link appears beside a guide. Your contract for an accommodation is with the provider or property shown at the booking step, not with RentSivo.
