1. What is delivered
Your USD 99 purchase provides one downloadable copy of the RentSivo Texas Single-Family Residential Lease Template: a blank, 20-page fillable PDF. No physical product will be shipped, and no completion, customization, review, or legal service is included.
Use is governed by the One-Transaction License.
2. Order acceptance and delivery timing
When checkout becomes available, payment will be processed on a secure hosted checkout page operated by the payment provider identified on that page. Submitting payment does not by itself activate the file. The order is accepted and access is enabled only after the payment result is verified.
For successful payments that do not require additional review, the download email is normally sent within 15 minutes after payment verification. If it has not arrived within 30 minutes, check spam, junk, promotions, and quarantine folders, then contact service@rentsivo.online. Fraud review, processor delay, network interruption, or a payment requiring additional authentication may delay delivery. Do not place another order unless support confirms that the first payment failed.
3. How access is provided
After verified payment, a secure download link is sent to the email address entered at checkout. Email is the delivery method for the Product; no internal order-confirmation page is required.
The download link expires 7 calendar days after it is issued. If it expires before download, contact service@rentsivo.online. RentSivo may reissue it after verifying the order.
The link is for the purchaser and licensed Transaction only. Do not publish, forward, or share a blank-template link.
4. Technical requirements
You need a reliable internet connection, sufficient device storage, and software capable of opening and saving fillable PDF forms. For the best results, download the file to a desktop or laptop and open it in a current version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Browser previews, mobile viewers, cloud-storage previews, and some third-party PDF apps may display or save form fields differently. Save a local working copy before entering important information and test printing before signature.
5. Delivery and file problems
If a verified order does not provide access, or the delivered file is corrupted or cannot be opened using the supported software, contact service@rentsivo.online or +972 55-312-2731 and provide the order number, purchaser email, payment date, and a description or screenshot of the technical issue. Do not send a completed lease or tenant information.
Requests should be submitted within 14 days so records can be located quickly. This reporting period does not shorten any non-waivable legal right. Subject to order verification and license compliance, RentSivo may restore access, reissue a link, replace the file, or provide the remedy described in the Refund Policy.
6. Verification and delivery records
To prevent fraud and resolve access issues, RentSivo and its providers may retain order identifiers, payment status, timestamps, purchaser email, delivery events, download events, IP address, device or browser information, and support communications as described in the Privacy Policy.
Technical support is limited to purchase, access, download, and PDF operation. RentSivo cannot advise you what to enter in the form or how the lease applies to your circumstances.
