1. Who controls your information

Ohad Masri, trading as RentSivo, is responsible for the personal information described in this Policy.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with RentSivo, we may collect:

• your name and email address;
• order number, Product purchased, amount, currency, payment status, refund, and dispute information;
• limited billing, payment-method, and fraud metadata received from the secure hosted-checkout provider identified at checkout;
• messages and information you send to customer support; and
• IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, security logs, cookie identifiers, page events, and advertising click or conversion information.

When purchasing is enabled, complete payment-card details will be entered directly on a secure hosted checkout page operated by the payment provider identified there and will not be collected or stored on RentSivo’s servers.

3. Why we use information

We use information to:

• process, verify, and document orders and payments;
• deliver the Product and transaction records;
• provide payment, access, download, and PDF-functionality support;
• detect fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
• maintain tax, accounting, refund, and chargeback records;
• operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website; and
• measure advertising performance, subject to applicable notice and consent requirements.

Providing order information is voluntary and is not required by law. Without the required name, email, and payment information, however, we cannot process, deliver, or support an order.

Order information is not used for promotional email merely because you made a purchase. Marketing messages require a separate lawful basis or consent and include the required opt-out method.

4. Who receives information

Information may be disclosed, only as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, to:

• Payment processing: the secure hosted-checkout provider identified at checkout;
• Hosting, content delivery, and security: providers used to operate and protect rentsivo.online;
• Email and digital delivery: providers used to operate service@rentsivo.online and send order and download messages;
• Invoicing and accounting: providers used for business records and tax compliance;
• Analytics and advertising measurement: Google, only if Google Ads conversion measurement is enabled;
• professional advisers, regulators, tax authorities, law enforcement, or courts where disclosure is legally required; and
• a buyer or successor in a genuine business reorganization, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal requirements.

Service providers are required to be contractually limited to authorized purposes and appropriately supervised. Transfers from an Israeli-controlled database are made using the safeguards required by applicable law.

5. Google Ads, analytics, and cookies

RentSivo may use Google Ads conversion measurement. Google tags can receive online identifiers, IP and browser data, page events, advertising-click information, and conversion events. We provide notice and obtain consent where required.

Recommended initial configuration: conversion measurement only, without Customer Match, remarketing, or uploading customer names or email addresses through enhanced conversions. If those functions are later enabled, this Policy and the website’s privacy controls must be updated before activation.

The site uses cookies and similar storage that are strictly necessary for WordPress operation and security. Google measurement cookies or tags are used only if conversion measurement is enabled and, where required, after consent. No other analytics provider is intentionally used unless this Policy is updated.

We do not sell personal information for money.

6. Retention and security

Order, invoice, tax, fraud, and dispute records are retained for periods required or permitted by applicable law and payment-network rules. Other information is deleted or de-identified when it is no longer reasonably necessary for the purposes described above.

Support communications are retained while a request is active and for a reasonable period afterward to handle follow-up or disputes. Security logs are retained only as long as needed to protect and troubleshoot the service. Delivery and download records are retained as reasonably necessary to document fulfillment, provide access support, and handle refunds or disputes. Data entered on an abandoned hosted checkout is controlled by that provider under its own privacy and retention terms unless it is transmitted to RentSivo.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information processed. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.

7. International processing

RentSivo operates from Israel. Its service providers may process information in the United States, Israel, and other countries identified above. Where required, we use contractual and other safeguards for international transfers.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on applicable law and subject to lawful exceptions, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your information, or object to or opt out of certain processing. You may unsubscribe from marketing at any time.

Submit a request to service@rentsivo.online. We may take reasonable steps to verify identity. If applicable law provides an appeal right after a request is denied, you may appeal by replying to our decision.

9. Children, changes, and contact

The website and Product are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly sell the Product to minors.

We may update this Policy prospectively. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated as required by law.
