Terms of Sale

1. Seller

RentSivo is a trade name of Ohad Masri, an Israeli sole proprietor registered as an authorized dealer (osek murshe), number 021969472 (“RentSivo,” “we,” “us,” or “Seller”).

The Product is published and produced by RentSivo in Israel.

2. Purchase summary

You are purchasing one downloadable copy of the Texas Single-Family Residential Lease Template, a blank, 20-page fillable PDF (“Product”), for USD 99.

This is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription or recurring charge. No physical item will be shipped. The final amount, including any tax required to be collected, will be displayed before you submit payment.

The displayed offer and price remain available until changed or withdrawn before payment. Once we accept your payment, your purchase price is fixed.

3. Eligibility and Product scope

You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter a contract, be purchasing from the United States, and intend to use the Product only for an eligible Texas residential lease transaction involving:

• a detached single-family home in Texas;
• a fixed-term, market-rate residential lease;
• the tenant’s primary residence; and
• a landlord completing the form without customization services from RentSivo.

All eligibility limitations displayed on the Product page and at the beginning of the Product are material terms of the sale. You are responsible for confirming that your property and transaction satisfy those limitations before purchasing.

4. Product nature and updates

The Product is a blank self-help form. It does not include completion, customization, clause selection, review, negotiation, filing, recording, legal interpretation, legal advice, or representation. RentSivo does not receive or review your completed lease.

Your purchase does not include future updates, law monitoring, or a later edition unless the Product page expressly says otherwise.

5. Payment, acceptance, delivery, and license

When checkout becomes available, payment will be processed on a secure hosted checkout page operated by the payment provider identified on that page. RentSivo does not collect or store complete payment-card details. An order is accepted only after payment is successfully authorized and verified. We may reject or refund an order affected by fraud, technical error, duplicate payment, legal restriction, or inability to deliver.

After verified payment, access is provided as described in the Digital Delivery Policy. Your purchase grants only the limited One-Transaction License. Ownership of the Product is not transferred to you.

6. No legal services

THIS PRODUCT IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR THE ADVICE OF AN ATTORNEY.

RentSivo is a publisher of self-help forms, not a law firm. No attorney-client, fiduciary, advisory, or professional relationship is created. Customer support is limited to payment, access, download, and technical PDF issues.

RentSivo will not tell you what to enter, which option to select, whether a provision is suitable, how Texas law applies to your facts, or whether a completed lease is enforceable.

7. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information you enter, determining whether the Product fits your transaction, obtaining any separate disclosure or addendum required for your property, and providing executed copies to the appropriate parties.

Do not send RentSivo a completed lease, Social Security number, government identification, financial information, or other landlord or tenant information.

8. Refunds and intellectual property

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms excludes a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

RentSivo retains rights in the Product’s original text, instructions, selection, arrangement, design, and formatting. RentSivo does not claim ownership of statutes, government forms, or other public-domain material.

9. Warranty and limitation of liability

No separate commercial warranty or guarantee of legal validity, enforceability, outcome, or fitness for a particular transaction is provided. We warrant only that the delivered file will materially match its Product description and be capable of being opened using the supported software identified in the Digital Delivery Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RentSivo’s aggregate liability arising from the Product or purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected Product, and RentSivo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. These limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.

10. Governing law, changes, and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer rights applicable to you that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected. Courts of competent jurisdiction in Israel will have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
