This notice explains the information that can arise from using RentSivo and how a search changes when you leave for a third-party booking site.

We do not ask you to create a traveler account or enter payment-card details on RentSivo. Basic technical information may be generated when you visit, such as IP address, browser and device details, the requested page and time of access. Hosting, security and website software may use server logs or necessary cookies to keep the site available and protect it from misuse. Exact cookie behavior may depend on your browser and any website services active when you visit.
If you email or call us, we receive the contact details and information you choose to share. Please do not send payment-card data or a full reservation document unless it is necessary for your inquiry; questions about a booking should normally go directly to the provider or property.
The hotel search on RentSivo uses an official Expedia widget. In regions where consent is required, we do not load the widget until you allow optional services. Outside those regions, it may load automatically unless you turn optional services off through Cookie settings in the footer. An explicit choice is stored on this device for up to six months. If the widget loads, Expedia Group may receive technical information and the destination or dates you enter, and may use cookies or similar technologies under its own notices. Search results, account details, payment and reservations are handled on Expedia, not by RentSivo. If you continue without optional services, direct Expedia links may remain available. Review Expedia's privacy statement and cookie information before using the service.
When optional services are allowed, RentSivo uses Google Analytics 4 and the Google Ads tag to understand visits and measure actions such as opening the hotel search area, selecting a search call to action and leaving for a marked affiliate partner. This measurement may process the page address, referrer, approximate location derived from the IP address, browser and device information, and controlled event labels such as partner, product category, placement and traffic type. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment details, travel dates or full booking details in these events.
In regions where consent is required, analytics and advertising storage remain off until you choose Accept optional. Outside those regions, measurement may begin automatically; Cookie settings remain available at any time. Advertising personalization is disabled. Google processes data under its own privacy policy and business data information.
Accommodation links and the official hotel-search widget use Expedia Group affiliate tracking so an eligible referral can be attributed to RentSivo. Selected outbound links for flights, trains, attractions and airport transfers use Trip.com affiliate parameters for the same purpose. Other outbound links to Oojo, Carmel, NordVPN, Surfshark and NordPass pass through CJ, an affiliate-network provider. When you click a tracked link, the destination provider or affiliate network may process technical information about the click and may use cookies or similar technologies under its own privacy notice. RentSivo does not receive your payment-card details or the full contents of the transaction merely because you used one of these links.
You can review Trip.com's privacy policy, CJ's privacy notice and the destination provider's privacy and cookie information before continuing. Blocking third-party cookies or tracking protections may affect referral attribution, but the provider controls what happens after you leave RentSivo.
Technical data may be used to deliver pages, troubleshoot errors, keep the site secure, understand which pages and partner tools are useful, and measure advertising and affiliate referrals. Google, website hosting, security and communication providers may process information for those purposes under their own terms. Contact information is used to answer your inquiry, review corrections and keep a reasonable record of correspondence. We do not operate a booking database on RentSivo or sell visitors' contact messages as a product.
Server and contact records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for operation, security, correspondence or applicable obligations. Google and affiliate providers retain information under their own settings and notices. Your browser can manage or block cookies, and Cookie settings in the footer can change the RentSivo optional-services choice, though doing so may affect some website functions. Where applicable law gives you rights to access, correct or delete personal information, send a request to service@rentsivo.online. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Third-party booking sites control their own data after you leave RentSivo. Direct requests about a booking-provider account or transaction to that provider.
We will update this notice when a material data use or provider changes. The current text covers the editorial site, Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement, Expedia accommodation search and affiliate links routed through Expedia Group, Trip.com or CJ.
